Xeros Tech Group PLC (LON:XSG) up 13% to 223p. Interim results showed a sharp increase in sales for the company's innovative laundry systems. The company has developed a patented polymer bead cleaning system that significantly reduces water, energy and chemical use. Fitbug (LON:FITB) up 6% to 0.66p. Shares spike after the successful roll-out of its wearable technology products to clients of a key strategic partner. Health adviser Punter Southall Health & Protection issued Fitbug’s personal fitness monitoring devices to employees of four of its corporate clients. Imagination Technologies Group PLC (LON:IMG) up 4% to 193.3p. Apple denies reports it is mulling a bid for the graphics chip maker. It had talks but decided gainst it at this time, the iPhone maker said. IMG shares had been up 18% at one point today.
FALLERS
Gulf Marine Services (LON:GMS) down 7% to 71.4p. Flat profits and pressure on margins likely in 2016 said the oil services group said. KEFI Minerals (LON:KEFI) down 7% to 0.33p. Ethiopian gold group raises £1.75mln at 0.35p ahead of full project finance package for its Kulu Tapi mine. Beowulf Mining (LON:BEM) down 3% to 4.35p. Assessing various public funding options to support research and development into market applications for its natural graphite. Awarded another graphite licence in Finland.

Kimberly Enterprises NV (LON:KBE) up 77% to 0.58p. Transfer of control completed with GBES now owning 21.9% and Gabay Group 21.1% of Kimberly through ERD.
Gulfsands Petroleum PLC (LON:GPX) up 29% to 10p. Oil and gas group again says there is no reason for the recent share price rise. Since low in January, shares have gained over 250%.
Imagination Technologies Group PLC (LON:IMG) up 18% to 218.3p. Reports resurface that Apple is looking to buy the company that makes graphics chips for its iPhones to take production in–house.
FALLERS
Sports Direct International PLC (LON:SPD) down 8% to 388p. Boss Mike Ashley says company is ‘in trouble’ in interview with the Times. The company issued a profit warning in January. Ashley has also refused to appear before MPs to explain working practices at the sportswear group.
Thomas Cook PLC ( LON:TCG) down 4% to 89.1p. Brussels attacks send share prices of all travel groups lower. Chief executive Peter Fankhauser also said: "Bookings continue to be disrupted by a volatile geopolitical backdrop."
International Consolidated Airlines SA (LON:IAG) down 2.5% to 544.5p. Airlines also affected by deadly terror attacks on Brussels airport and the Metro.

Tethys Petroleum PLC (LON:TPL) up 26% to 3.16p. The Kazakhstan oil junior has confirmed the conversion of debt into equity by its funding partner Oilsol Petroleum. The conversion is an interim step in a broader funding package agreed recently between the companies.
CAP-XX PLC (LON:CPX) up 17% to 4.57p. Supercapacitor specialist signs a technology licence agreement with US firm AVX Corporation. AVX is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of electronic passive components and interconnect solutions.
Johnston Press PLC (LON:JPR) up 16% to 47.5p Publisher’s Statutory earnings rise by 30% and ongoing businesses see a big swing back into the black.
FALLERS
Clearstar Inc (LON:CLST) down 11% to 30p Pre-tax losses came in at about US$2.3mln against losses of US$1.7mln a year ago, on a 42% rise in revenue to US$15.5mln.
Gfinity Plc (LON:GFIN) down 10% to 10.8p. E-sports events promoter posted higher interim losses of £1.88mln, though revenues jumped to £624,000 (£145,000).
Jubilee Platinum PLC (LON:JLP) down 6% to 2.95p. Placing at 2.8p as part of funding package to bring platinum tailings projects in South Africa on line.
