RISERS

Bankers Petroleum (LON:BNK) up 69.7% to 103.50p. It entered into definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliate of Geo-Hade petroleum.

Tavistock Investments (LON:TAVI) up 18.5% to 4.00p. It announced the acquisition of Abacus Associates Financial Services Limited, as a wholly owned subsidiary, retaining the Abacus brand and management.

ANGLE Plc (LON:AGL) up 11.7% to 2.15p. Testing for its rare cell blood testing process showed it effectiveness in detecting prostate cancer, broadening the range of uses for oncological testing for the company.

FALLERS

United Cacao Ltd (LON:CHOC) down 11.8% to 82.5p. Change of nominated advisor.

JKX Oil & Gas PLC (LON:JKX) down 9.5% to 23.75p. Final results revealed lower than expected revenues and a loss of $10.7mln, compared to an $11.6mln profit last year.

Petroneft Resources Plc (LON:PTR), down 7.24% to 2.13p. The Russian oil junior as a regulatory statement set out details of the group’s dispute with activist investor Natlata Partners, and separately revealed a $35mln work programme had been agreed with a partner for license 61.

RISERS

Filtronic PLC (LON:FTC) up 24% to 6.04p. Wireless equipment group has won an order worth US$7.9mln from a European OEM. Previous orders from the same customer were worth US$5.9mln.

Condor Gold PLC (LON:CNR) up 6% to 43p. Agrees terms to buy concession at La India in Nicaragua that will allow it to add Mestiza vein system to its resources.

Synthomer PLC (LON:SYNT) up 5% to 343.1p. To acquire HEXION Performance Adhesives & Coatings, a global chemical company based in Columbus, Ohio. The total consideration is US$226mln (£156mln)

FALLERS

Hellenic Carriers PLC (LON:HCL) down 55% to 1p. Investors abandon ship following decision last week to delist from AIM.

Quadrise Fuels (LON:QFI) down 14% to 12.5p. Losses rise at the shipping fuel developer but company has enough cash to bring its major projects to revenue generation stage.

Xcite Energy (LON:XEL) down 13% to 15.2p. New reserves estimates for the Bentley Field in the North Sea show 1P, 2P and 3P at 236mln, 267mln and 298 mln barrels.

Gulfsands Petroleum PLC (LON;GPX) up 52% to 7.55p. Further recovery after results on Friday. Syrian operations suspended but company remains committed to country and is looking for partners for Morocco, Colombia and Tunisia assets.

NetPlay TV PLC ( LON:NPT) up 16% to 9.91p. Special dividend and big rise in number of subscribers outweigh dip in revenue. Cashflow strong.

Servision PLC (LON:SEV) up 10% to 2.49p. Insurers demanding in–vehicle cameras is sparking uptick in orders from UK-based fleet management companies.

FALLERS

ValiRx PLC (LON:VAL) down 15% to 10.6p. Cancer drug developer sets up £4mln convertible loan facility as its two key drug move through the clinical trial phase.

Brady Plc (LON:BRY) down 12% to 50p. Trading software group posts loss for the year and cuts its final dividend with conditions in the year ahead are set to remain challenging.

Argos Resources (LON:ARG) down 8% to 3.93p. A loss for the year of US$1.15mln for the Falkland Islands oil explorer. Company disappointed over the cancellation of Rhea exploration well.
