Onzima Ventures PLC (LON:ONZ), up 16.9% to 0.9p. A regulatory statement notified investors that Nigel James Theobald shareholding in the company increased above the 15% threshold. Yesterday, the company confirmed it participated in MX Oil’s £2.5mln share placing.
PhotonStar LED Group Plc (LON:PSL), up 9.5% to 2.88p. The smart-lighting group announced it had secured an Internet of Things security patent.
RM2 International (LON:RM2), up 8.2% to 39.5p. The sustainable pallet maker will supply Canada's largest retailer Loblaw Companies.
FALLERS
Salt Lake Potash (LON:SO4, ASX:SO4), down 10.4% to 17.12p. The company flagged that it is working on a capital raising, and its Austalian listing was suspended.
LMS Capital (LON:LMS), down 4.4% to 65p. The investment group revealed net asset value fell to £95.1mln by the end of December, from £135.1mln in 2014.

Infrastrata PLC (LON:INFA) up 6% to 1.57p. Northern Irish oil explorer up even though it withdraws injunction against protesters at Woodburn site but is pursing discontinuance order.
Lombard Risk Management plc (LON:LRM) up 5% to 11.6p. Bank software specialist has signed a technology licence agreement with database software giant Oracle Corporation.
FALLERS
Hellenic Carriers Ltd (LON:HCL) down 36%. The shipping group is to delist from AIM as a result of the prolonged weakness in dry bulk market.
LMS Capital (LON:LMS) down 3% to 6.9p. Investment company ran into a bit of profit taking after full year figures. Over year, company returned £40mln to its owners. NAV was 92p (93p) at end 2015.
Berkeley Group PLC (LON:BKG) down 2.6% to 3,171p. Premium housebuilder cautions that top end of the market in London and the south east may be cooling.

Enquest (LON:ENQ) up 14% to 21.8p. North Sea oiler’s share price is recovering after results included upbeat forecast for production this year.
Genel Energy (LON:GENL) up 14% to 90p. Rally after update today. Iraq-based group is to buy back some of its US$730mln worth of bonds. 1p reserves at Tawke field rise by 21%.
Concurrent Technologies (LON:CNC) up 7% to 71.3p. Profits rise 60%, while “sales in the first quarter of 2016 have been excellent and our current order book indicates a strong first half year performance," said chairman Michael Collins.
FALLERS
Fastjet (LON:FJET) down 23% to 28p. Row with 12.9% shareholder easyGroup escalates. Board considers legal action after letter of demands over their contractual relationship is published.
Gulfsands Petroleum PLC (LON:GPX) down 17% to 4.55p. Worries over finances after tough year though company reaffirmed its intention to keep hold of its Syrian oil interest while said efforts to sell all or part of its other assets are continuing.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum PLC (LON:GKP) down 16% to 1.08p. Shares are on the slide again after poor results and funding concerns for Iraq-based oil group.
