Kainos Group PLC (LON:KNOS), up 12%. InTouch Health, a provider of telehealth solutions, and Kainos Group, a UK-based provider of IT, consulting and software solutions, announced a partnership to develop a suite of innovative telehealth offerings with the potential to “reshape care delivery in healthcare systems around the world”. Kainos added that results for the year to 31 March 2016 are expected to be in line with market expectations.
Fusionex International PLC (LON:FXI), up 12%. The provider of enterprise software specialising in analytics and 'Big Data' solutions announced a dividend for 2015 of 2.15p.
Firestone Diamonds PLC (LON:FDI), up 9.9%. The second half of 2015 saw substantial development at the company's Liqhobong project, which remains on budget and on target to achieve first production during the fourth quarter of this year.
FALLERS
Synety Group PLC (LON:SNTY), down 6.1%. The company announced a change in nominated adviser today to Cenkos Securities, and plans to change its name to CloudCall Group PLC.
Moneysupermarket.com (LON:MONY), down 4.8%. The shares are suffering a bit of a hangover today after industry regulator OFGEM said yesterday that it had closed its investigation into price comparison web sites.
Mobile Streams Plc (LON:MOS), down 4.4%. Here's one that is hard to figure; the shares have fallen on news that Nomura has upped its stake from 4.60% to 5.28%.

RISERS
Pires Investments PLC (LON:PIRI), up 34%. Mark Jackson's beneficial interest in the investment company has risen to 6.76% following the purchase this week of an additional 25mln shares.
Pathfinder Minerals PLC (LON:PFP), up 30%. The Company is in discussions to appoint a potential new local representative in Maputo to assist Pathfinder in its dialogue with the Mozambique Government over the restoration of its mining licences 760C and 4623C.
Vast Resources PLC (LON:VAST), up 13%. Crede CG III Ltd revealed it has sold its entire holding in the company.
FALLERS
Stilo International Plc (LON:STL), down 14%. The software tools provider's full-year results disappointed, despite underlying earnings rising to £272,000 from £108,000 the year before.
LGO Energy (LON:LGO), down 14%. The shares fell 0.037p to 0.257p as it raised £1mln through the issue of shares at 0.25p each.
Igas Energy PLC (LON:IGAS), down 6.2%. The onshore hydrocarbon producer saw revenues more than halve in 2015 to £25.1mln from £58.2mln the year before, although underlying earnings (EBITDA) only fell a little, to £18.3mln from £21.6mln.

RISERS
Forbidden Technologies PLC (LON:FBT), up 50%. The video-editing platform developer has long argued that its cloud-based Forscene product needs to be seen by a wider audience, and now it will get its wish, with Microsoft adding it to the marketplace for its Azure cloud-computing offering.
Milestone Group PLC (LON:MSG), up 31%. Curiously, the digital media firm's shares ended up lower on Monday after it had announced its joint venture company, Nexstar, has launched a music publishing platform, called "Black Cactus Music", but picked up towards the end of trading on Tuesday; that trend has continued this morning.
Nostra Terra Oil and Gas PLC (LON:NTOG), up 15%. Investors who headed for the exits on Monday fearing that the shares would be suspended after the company found itself without a nominated adviser (nomad) have been piling back in since the company announced yesterday it had found a new nomad.
FALLERS
Kimberly Enterprises NV (LON:KBE), down 27%. After yesterday's sharp gain, profit takers have moved in. Shares rose on Tuesday as the ownership structure at the Eastern Europe-focused residential property developer became clearer as bond holders settled differences. GBES will become majority owner in ERD, which owns 68% of Kimberly.
Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC (LON:COG), down 21%. The specialist developer of computerised tests for detection and monitoring of neuropsychological disorders issued a profit warning after one of its customers delayed the start of a new contract due to regulatory reviews.
WANdisco PLC (LON:WAND), down 14%. The “big data” software firm disappointed with its full-year trading update, though some encouragement can be drawn from the company's refocused sales and marketing efforts, which brought improved sales towards the end of the year.
