Accesso Technology Group PLC (LON:ACSO) hailed business wins for higher annual profit and revenue.
The group, which provides technology allowing theme parks and other leisure attractions to reduce queueing, won or expanded contracts with Blackpool Pleasure Beach in the UK, an unidentified North American theme park and the Movie Animation Park Studios in Ipoh, Malaysia, among others.
It also highlighted a "transformative" agreement with Merlin Entertainments PLC (LON:MERL) to install its Accesso Passport product across Merlin's entire global estate.
And after the financial year ended, it extended its Accesso Passport ticketing and Accesso LoQueue queuing partnerships with Six Flags Entertainment Corporation until 2025.
Accesso said adjusted pre-tax earnings before interest, depreciation and amortisation in the year to the end of December rose 38.2% to US$15.2mln on a 24.1% increase in revenue to US$93.2mln.
Pre-tax profit rose 41.2% to US$7.2mln, adjusted earnings per share were up 33% at US$40.96 and net debt fell 34.3% to US$9.4mln.
Chief executive Tom Burnet said 2015 was another strong year for Accesso across every part of its business.
He said: "We have devoted considerable time, investment and technical attention to our product suite over the past 12 months. The rewards of those efforts are now starting to show through."
