Northern Petroleum (LON:NOP), up 10% to 2.75p. A below budget winter programme is set to deliver production of 400 barrels of oil per day for 2016, which is better than the company expected of its recently acquired Canadian assets.
Cloudbuy (LON:CBUY), up 10.4% to 6.62p. The e-commerce technology group told investors it is in the final stages of agreeing a financing package priced at or around today’s opening share price.
Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Co (LON:NTOG), up 32% to 0.08p. The junior oil firm confirmed it had appointed Strand Hanson as its new Nomad, replacing Sanlam which is withdrawing from small cap activities.
Fallers
Circle Oil (LON:COP), down 19% to 2.12p. The Egypt and Morocco focussed producer has been given some leeway from its main lender, the World Bank’s IFC, whilst it conducts a strategic review that could see assets or even the whole company sold.
GW Pharmaceuticals (LON:GWP), down 9.9% to 467.25p. After rising 140% yesterday thanks to drug trial success, a degree of profit taking is probably to be expected.
GCM Resources (LON:GCM), down 15% to 4.25p. The was no discernible new events behind the stocks sharp move to an intraday high of 5.19p yesterday, nor was there for today’s drop as low as 4.02p.

Kimberly Enterprises NV (LON:KBE) up 225% at 0.975p. Ownership structure at Eastern Europe-focused residential property developer becomes clearer as bondholders settle differences. GBES will become majority owner in ERD, which owns 68% of Kimberly.
ProPhotonix Ltd (LON:PPIX) up 35.4% to 2.2p. LED lighting system designer and maker moved into the black at the net income level and doubled underlying earnings to US$1.2mln.
Tri-star Resources PLC (LON:TSTR) up 30.7% to 0.1p. Miner said chief executive Guy Eastaugh acquired 27,630,310 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the company at a price of 0.09p per share.
FALLERS
Stellar Diamonds PLC (LON:STEL) down 21% to 9.9p. West African-focused miner conditionally raised £600,000 before expenses through an equity issue, in addition to realising about US$300,000 through a sale of diamonds from its Baoulé project in Guinea. It also announces the resignation of two directors in line with the company's strategy to reduce corporate costs.
The Gym Group PLC (LON:GYM) down 2.8% to 238.25p. Operator of 75 budget gyms said pre-tax losses widened to £12.4mln against £9.4mln a year ago as a result of pre-IPO finance costs and exceptional costs.
French Connection Group (LON:FCCN) down 4% to 42.25p. Fashion retailer made underlying operating losses of £4.7mln against £800,000 last time due mainly to disappointing first-half trading.

Sirius Minerals PLC (LON:SXX) up 12.7% at 20p. Developer of potash, or polyhalite, mine in North Yorkshire expects to unveil the findings of its definitive feasibility study into the project on Thursday this week.
Gem Diamonds Limited (LON:GEMD) up 9.8% at 108.7p. Diamond producer posts a 26% rise in earnings per share year-on-year and proposes a special dividend of US$0.035 per share.
Ocado Group PLC (LON:OCDO) up 5.9% at 277.1p. Online grocery distributor reported continued double-digit sales growth "in a retail environment that remains challenging".
FALLERS
Kalibrate Technologies PLC (LON:KLBT) down 9.8% at 92.5p. Petrol forecourt services supplier reported lower profits but said revenues and its order book were increasing.
Lonmin Plc (LON:LMI) down 8.5% at 150.75p. Investors take profit in commodity stocks after recent upturn in prices.
Management Resource Solutions PLC (LON:MRS) down 1.74% at 14.88p. Recruitment consultants report lower half-year revenue but said demand for work in Australia had risen after a lull in the resources sector in 2015.
