Lithium Corporation (OTCQB:LTUM) is to play a part in developing the Fish Lake Valley lithium brine property in Nevada.
 
The firm has inked a definitive agreement with 1032701 B.C. LTD -  a private British Columbia company over the Esmeralda County site.
 
It comes after Menika Mining Limited (CVE: MML) signed an agreement to acquire private firm 1032701  and its interest in the Fish Lake Valley agreement. 
 
Brian Goss, Lithium's president, said today: "As per the stipulations in the Lithium Corporation/1032701 LOI and the resulting formal agreement, Menika Mining meets all criteria, and Lithium Corporation looks forward to working with Menika to develop the Fish Lake Valley lithium in brine prospect.”
 
Menika shares closed yesterday up over 27% at C$0.280 and shares in Lithium were unchanged at US$0.04.
