Windar Photonics PLC (LON:WPHO), the wind sensor technology group, has appointed Cantor Fitzgerald as its nominated adviser (nomad) and broker with immediate effect.
The company also confirmed that the lock-in agreements, set out in the group's admission document dated 24 March 2015, will continue to apply and have been novated, or transferred, to Cantor Fitzgerald Europe.
Windar's key product is the WindEye Sensor which measures wind direction and wind speed by scanning a laser beam ahead of the wind turbine. The WindEye Sensor was designed for the general optimisation of wind turbines.
