Tech investment company Blue Star Capital (LON:BLU) edged lower as it swung to a small loss in the year to September.
Net assets rose slightly to £1.88mln and were unchanged at 0.4p on a per share basis.
Blue Star has stakes in four companies/ vehicles: A majority 65% stake in gaming specialist Oak Media; 2.1% of investment company DTL; 4.9% of mobile software group Vigilant Applications and 1.45% of fingerprint payment start-up Sthaler.
DTL has signalled it will liquidate its five investments within three years, while Blue Star is optimistic Oak will complete a mobile-focused deal in the first half of 2016.
Annual losses were £106,000 (2014:profit of £277,000).
Shares fell 13% to 0.1p.
