RISERS

Cambria Africa (LON:CMB) up 61% to 0.645p. Has received offer from Consilium to stay litigation in their dispute over an accelerated loan repayment until 30 April.

Cloudtag (LON:CTAG) up 28% to 2.4p. Wearable wellness tech group issued shares at a premium yesterday. Shares now up by a third since last week.

Anglo American (LON:AAL) up 7% to 524.6p. Rally continues as mines come back into favour. Shares are up to 75% so far this year.

FALLERS

Litebulb (LON:LBB) down 27% to 1p. Go Entertainment sold to its management for £1. It reported a loss before tax of £1.7mln and had indebtedness of £0.45mln.

Driver Group (LON:DRV) down 15% to 63p. Delays to commissions in the disputes business in the Middle East will lead to a revenue shortfall.

ITV (LON:ITV) down 5% to 237p. Flat ad revenue comment in first quarter sparks profit taking despite strong annual numbers.

Aureus Mining (LON:AUE) up 19% to 5.5p. Gold miner declares commercial production at its New Liberty gold mine in Liberia.

Darty (LON:DRTY) up 12% to 128.5p. Steinhoff International, which owns furnishing retailers Harveys and Bensons for Beds in the UK, has proposed to acquire the London-listed French electronics retailer for 125p per share.

Fisher (James) (LON:FSJ) up 13% to 1,085p. Dividend rises 8% as full year = show resilience despite weakness in oil and gas markets.

FALLERS

Kibo Mining (LON:KIBO) down 16% to 3.58p. Loan for £1.5mln arranged with Sanderson with option to repay in shares.

Frontier Developments (LON:FDEV) down 14% to 198p. Next instalment of Elite Dangerous Horizons has been delayed slightly and revenue expectations for second half have been revised down.

Entertainment One (LON:ETO) down 14% to 149p. Peppa Pig company reported lower nine-monthly revenues as lower film income eclipsed a strong TV performance. The group said revenue in the period was 3% lower on a reported basis.

RISERS

Europa Oil & Gas (LON:EOG), up 13%. The company's licensing blocks in the southern Porcupine Basin, offshore Ireland, include three new prospects mapped on 3D seismic with gross mean un-risked prospective resources of 895 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Union Jack Oil (LON:UJO), up 11%. The company is set to make an investor presentation this evening at 5pm and has now posted the accompanying media on its web site.

Asiamet Resources (LON:ARS), up 10%. The company said its preliminary economic assessment on the Beruang Kanan Main deposit in Indonesia is advancing well and is within budget.

FALLERS

Madagascar Oil (LON:MOIL), down 34%. The shares lost a third of a penny at 0.625p after unveiling new lending arrangements that, if tapped, would require the company to seek shareholder approval to delist from Aim.

Pathfinder Minerals (LON:PFP), down 26%. The company is running out of cash and announced it is considering a share placing to raise fresh funds.

Edenville Energy (LON:EDL), down 22%. The Tanzanian coal-to-power project developer has raised £400,000 through the issue of shares at 0.03p each. The shares fell back from 0.05p to 0.04p on the news.
