Arria NLG (LON:NLG) up 14.1% at 24.25p. Natural language generation business says executive director Simon Small had left the company to pursue new business interests.
Management Resource Solutions (LON:MRS) up 7.5% at 21.5p. Personnel, management and plant hire group appoints industrial, waste and mining services veteran Chris Berkefeld as an independent non-executive director.
FALLERS
Stratex International (LON:STI) down 4% at 1.8p. Goldstone Resources, in which STI has a 33.45% interest, announced that managing director and chief executive Jurie Wessels resigned as a director of Goldstone and his employment terminated immediately.
Lancashire Holdings (LON:LRE) down 1.35% at 620.5p. Insurance company says chairman Martin Thomas will step down following this year's annual general meeting on May 4.
WPP (LON:WPP) down 0.88% at 1468p. Advertising and PR group buys majority stake in Brazilian marketing agency 3yz Marketing Digital.

Premier African (LON:PREM) added17.39% to 0.68p as financier Darwin has converted nine loan notes worth £232,500 into shares in the company.
Amerisur (LON:AMER), up 14.43% to 27.75p as it got final approvals for the OBA pipeline and it can now finalise the work to link the Platanillo field in Colombia to Victor Hugo Ruales in Ecuador.

Tullow Oil (LON:TLW) down 6.9% at 178.7p after the African-focused oil explorer uncovered technical problems at its Jubilee field off the coast of Ghana.
Rolls Royce (LON:RR.) down 2.36% to 662p as fallout from last week's results continues. It comes despite an upgrade from heavyweight JP Morgan albeit only to ‘neutral’ or 'hold'. The price target gets kicked up to 690p from 395p
Savannah Resources (LON:SAV) down 2.74% to 1.97p as it reported an increased loss before tax in 2015 to £3.1mln from £1.9mln in 2014 but was upbeat on the prospects for 2016.
