Risers and Fallers: Lakehouse, Wishbone Gold, Motive Television

Here are some significant movers at 2.30pm on Friday....

RISERS

Lakehouse (LON:LAKE) up 14.89% to 40.50p. Transactions in ordinary shares of 10p each in the company. Four transactions of 71,430 at a price of 35p per share.

Wishbone Gold (LON:WSBN) up 13.46% to 0.30p. Following acquisition of Precious Metals Internationals and subsidiary, Black Sand, in all share transaction.

Velocys (LON:VLS) up 8% to 40.50p. Coincides with progress in its Oklahoma City gas-to-liquids plant.

Fallers

Motive Television (LON:MTV) down 31.25% to 0.01p. Exercised its right to convert existing debt into equity. Issue 1,066,666,666 ordinary shares to a supplier to the company.

Fusionex (LON:FXI) down 12.9% to 135p. Non-executive director acquired 2,000 ordinary shares. The latest insider to purchase shares.

Central Rand (LON:CRND) down 13.16% to 4.13p. Raising £1.22mln through subscription of 34,999,015 ordinary shares at 3.5p apiece.

Major share price movers at 2.30pm

RISERS

Frontier Resources (LON:FRI) up 62% to 0.097p. Subscription to raise £1.43mln at 0.03p per share. Oil businesses to be sold, Adam Reynolds joins as chairman. He is on board of a number of AIM companies.

Just Eat (LON:JE. up 10% to 395.5p. Has agreed to buy four businesses from Rocket Internet in Europe and Foodpanda in Brazil and Mexico for €125mln (£94.7mln).

Anglo American (LON: AAL) up 9% to 356.3p. Short sellers routed for a second day as dollar weakens on lower than expected non-farm jobs number. Shares up 44% in two days.

FALLERS

Immupharma (LON:IMM) down 13% at 25.32p. Funding raises £8.3mln to take Lupus treatment forward.

W Resources (LON:WRES) down 5% to 0.598p. Resource upgrade at La Parrilla tungsten project puts company on track for production this year.

Beowulf Mining (LON: BEM) down 4% to 5.68p. Writes to Sami people in Sweden to explain plans for developing Kallak iron ore project.

RISERS

BG Group (LON:BG.) nudged 0.57% higher to 1,063.5p despite Q4 group earnings (EBITDA) reducing by 22% to US$1.42bn from 1.8bn.

Utility Centrica (LON:CNA), up 0.10% to 196.8p as it off-loads three wind farms for £115mln as part of a drive to quit the sector.

Old Mutual Wealth (LON:OML), up 0.12% to 162.2p as the asset manager unveiled solid core earnings for 2015 and said it was confident about market challenges in 2016.

Bahamas Petroleum (LON:BPC) shot-up over 36% to 2.25p after a new Petroleum Bill and associated legislation was passed by the Bahamian Senate

FALLERS

Barclays (LON:BARC), down a tad, 0.95% to 172p as reports emerged yesterday it was handing over internal documents to British prosecutors linked to a Middle East investigation.

Commodities giant Glencore (LON:GLEN), was top loser on Footsie, down 2.35% at 97.40p after Standard & Poor’s has downgraded the group's debt rating to one notch above junk.

Greka Drilling (LON:GDL), down 5.73% to 3.70p, as it revealed its main customer, Green Dragon Gas (LON:GDG) - ramped up its activity in China.
