Expect shares in the healthcare software group Craneware (LON:CRW) to be in demand after it closed two significant pieces of business.
The first was a contract worth US$7.5mln over five years with an unnamed but growing hospital operator; the second was reseller agreement with tech giant VestaCare.
The AIM-listed group will integrate the VestaPay technology its medical necessity and price estimation products.
"Both of these agreements not only provide Craneware with significant future revenue opportunities but also further enhance the company's strategic value to customers,” said chief executive Keith Neilson.
“We are delighted to sign a significant new customer, which is testament to our position as a trusted partner for US healthcare organisations.
“The new reseller agreement deepens our reach within the early stages of patient engagement and demonstrates our leadership in the evolving market of value-based care and patient responsibility."
