Biomedical firm NetScientific (LON:NSCI) said Peter Thoms, its chief financial officer, has resigned from the board to pursue new challenges, particularly in the technology sector.
He has been at the firm since inception and has been heavily involved in building the current business, the firm added.
The process to recruit a new finance chief has started and an announcement will be made in due course.
In the meantime Mark Nanovich, the current group finance director and a chartered accountant, will assume the role of interim finance chief.
