Sea Energy (LON:SEA) saw shares skyrocket late on Thursday as its subsidiary Return To Scene unveiled a strategic partnership in Australia and New Zealand.
The deal is with Universal Spatial Solutions (USS) and sees division R2S Forensic, recognised for its crime scene management and security planning software 'R2S', offer cutting edge forensic products and services.
Ubaldo Donatini, managing director at USS, said: "This agreement positions USS as the 'one stop shop' for high-quality products and services in the forensic and asset management space, complementing our depth of knowledge and experience in spatial technologies.
"The R2S system is already in use in the UK, US, Canada, and EU markets where it is used by police forces and global commercial corporations and we look forward to working with R2S to achieve even more success."
Sean Huff, of SeaEnergy told investors: "The R2S Forensic team is excited to be working with USS to deploy a full range of high quality solutions to clients internationally.
"The combination of skills and experience of our two organisations means that we will be able to better serve our clients with more efficient and tailored solutions.
"USS' enormous depth of experience within the spatial field will provide a key platform to launch the R2S Forensic products and services into the Law Enforcement, Government and Commercial markets in Australia and New Zealand."
SeaEnergy shares surged over 53% to 5p each.
