Eckoh reveals new business wins

The company remains on track to deliver its full year results, up to March 2016, in line with market expectations.

Eckoh (LON:ECK) has revealed new business wins and told investors it remains on track to deliver its full year results, up to March 2016, in line with market expectations.

The secure payments specialist, in a trading update, highlighted it had secured its first contract via its new partnership with West Corporation in the USA, and said it had also won other new customers in the US and UK.

Through the new contract obtained via West it will provide the Eckoh CallGuard solution at the customer’s 200 seat contact centre. The customer is a retail subsidiary of a major global media and entertainment group.

It is the first of ‘over 30 sizeable opportunities’ in West’s pipeline, Eckoh said.

Eckoh also gave details of some of its other contract wins, for example secured two deals in the UK with major utilities and in America it has been contracted by a leading online fitness websites.

The company told investors it has now landed twelve contracts in the US in total, and eight of those have been won in the current financial year, and it continues to see a large number of sales opportunities.

Furthermore, Eckoh also revealed that it has been informed by that a UK patent has been approved for the Haloh tokenisation payments solution, and it will come into effect on February 17. It says the tokenisation solution has rapidly become the leading sales proposition in its secure payments portfolio.

“Together with our extended Group-wide direct sales capabilities and blue-chip channel partners in both the UK and the US, we have a strong new business pipeline in place.

“We are extremely excited about the potential to drive the Group's growth over the forthcoming months."
