Management changes presaged back in July of last year have now been implemented at Michelmersh Brick Holdings (LON:MBH), with chief executive Martin Warner stepping down.
Martin Warner will move from the chief executive officer (CEO) position to become deputy chairman, and will remain an executive director.
Frank Hanna, who had been the company's commercial director, and Peter Sharp, who had been holding down the position of director in charge of group operations, will jointly assume the role of CEO.
"Once again, on behalf of the group I would like to thank Martin for all his commitment and endeavour which has made MBH the highly regarded business it is today,” said Eric Gadsden, chairman of Michelmersh.
“Given their deep knowledge of the group and industry, Frank and Peter are best placed to take the group through the next stage of its development and will benefit from Martin's support as deputy chairman," Gadsden said.
