CCTV supplier 21st Century Technology wins £400,000 rail deal

Closed circuit TV supply 21st Century Technology (LON:C21) has won a £400,000 contract with an unidentified UK train company.

The group, which offers its systems to bus, rail and other transport operators, said it would supply its CCTV technology for the rail operator's fleet of trains.

The contract is an urgent operational requirement and, subject to vehicle availability, is due to complete during the first half of next year.

Chief executive Russ Singleton said; "We are delighted to be working with this new and important rail operator on this time-sensitive requirement.."
