Surgery and wound care specialist Advanced Medical Solutions Group (LON:AMS) has shrugged off foreign exchange rate woes, saying it remains in-line with market hopes.
The company expects to meet sales and profit expectations despite revenue being hit by forex changes.
AMS provides stitches, foams and specialist bandages to seal large and surgery-requiring wounds.
Chris Meredith, chief executive, said: “The group continues to deliver strong organic growth supported by a pipeline of new products coming out of our research and development teams.”
AMS added that regulatory approvals received this year for its new anti-microbial foams and to market its sutures in the US will not affect 2015 results but are expected to contribute to next year.
Shares were broadly flat in early deals, easing around 1% to 166p.
