Here's a look at some significant share price movers at 1pm...

RISERS

ValiRx (LON:VAL) shares rose 12.5% to 18p as the life sciences firm announced in a regulatory statement that Satu Vainikka, chief executive, will be presenting to investors at an event in London on December 15.

Kibo Mining (LON:KIBO) added over 17% to 4.25p as the Tanzania-focused mineral exploration and development company issued a letter to shareholders updating on main activities and interests.

Construction group John Laing (LON:JLG) added 0.25% to 203p as it said it was on track to achieve full year targets.

FALLERS

Photonstar (LON:PSL) lost 17.39% to 2.38p as the ED lighting products company said a supply contract had been cancelled after the customer was placed into voluntary liquidation.

Mosman Oil & Gas (LON:MSMN) shed 12.5% to 2.625p although there was no news out. On Tuesday the firm revealed it had cancelled its option agreement over Canning Basin in Australia in order to focus on other assets in 2016.

Mycelx Technologies (LON:MYX) down 46.15% to 17.5p as it issued a profit warning blamed on the lower oil price. Revenues are now to be similar to last year’s US$13.6mln and net losses US$3.4-3.8mln.

Risers

Proxama (LON:PROX) up 20% to 0.54p. Two-year promixity marketing deal signed with North American bank for 10,000 branches across US and Canada.

Surgical Innovations (LON:SUN) up 20% to 1.95p. Agrees bank loan extension, finance director stays on and trading improves in second half of year.

Legendary Investments (LON:LEG) up 9% to 0.12p. Subsidiary Virtualstock has appointed Robert Knott, formerly National Director of NHS Procurement, as Director of Healthcare and Public Sector.

Fallers

Mycelx Technologies (LON:MYX) down 55% to 25p. A profit warning blamed on lower oil price. Revenues are now to be similar to last year’s US$13.6mln and net losses US$3.4-3.8mln.

Halosource (LON:HAL) down 19% to 9.5p. Manufacturing shutdown has resulted in a further delay in orders. The majority, if not all, of these orders are now expected to be shipped in the first quarter of 2016, said the water purification specialist.

Digital Barriers (LON:DGB) down 17% to 41.5p. Agreed to buy Brimtek for US$45.5mln and partly funded by a placing at 35p to raise £26mln.
