Pantheon Resources (LON:PANR) up 12.7%. The company must be one of the only US-focused oil juniors enjoying life at the moment. Its latest well, VOS#1, in Tyler County, East Texas, has uncovered three potential oil and/or gas bearing zones.
88 Energy (LON:88E) up 13.1%. The firm confirmed an active petroleum system across its Project Icewine acreage in Alaska in its shallower secondary target. The company, which is currently drilling its first well to a depth of 11,600 feet, encountered higher than expected levels of gas at between 10,011 and 10,121 feet.
HSS Hire (LON:HSS) up 7.8%. Speedy Hire (LON:SDY) confirmed it is not considering a merger with the fellow tools and equipment hire group. Reports today suggest the firms had been talking about a tie-up since last month, with a deal supposedly a preferred option for a number of large shareholders in both companies.
FALLERS
InternetQ (LON:INTQ) down 57.4%. The mobile marketing and digital entertainment solutions provider said it does not normally comment on share price movements and related market speculation, but following an article on an investment web site it has opted to “strongly refute the assertions made and the conclusions drawn”.
Univision (LON:UVEL) down 20%. The firm said it expects to report a "small loss" in the first half of the current financial year after its subsidiary reported a slide in revenue leading an operating loss.
Range Resources (LON:RRL) down 9.8%. The company has spudded the third of a 22 well development programme on its acreage in Trinidad. GY 161 S, the second development well on the Beach Marcelle field, is drilling to a total depth of 2,000 ft.

RISERS
Brewin Dolphin (LON:BRW), up 4.0%. The Scottish wealth management is still deriving the benefit from good full-year results released yesterday.
Go-Ahead Group (LON:GOG), up 3.5%. The group's 65%-owned train operating company, London Midland, will continue to run the West Midlands franchise until October 2017, it was announced today by the Department for Transport.
Wood Group (LON:WG.), up 1.7%. To infinity and beyond? Wood Group has agreed to acquire The Infinity Group, a family-owned Texas Gulf Coast industrial construction and maintenance contractor serving the petrochemical, refining and gas processing sectors, for an initial consideration of US$150 million.
LOSERS
Spire Healthcare (LON:SPI), down 7.6%. The shares tumble to 303.8p after Investec moved to a 'sell' rating and set a new target price of 234p.
Debenhams (LON:DEB), down 7.1%. The department store chain's shares fall 6p to 79.35p after a note from Goldman Sachs advised selling the shares, though that was before the shares fell below Goldman's 83p target price.
Petra Diamonds (LON:PDL), down 2.8%. It has been a sparkling week for the company but profit takers appear to have moved in.

RISERS
Starcom (LON:STAR) up 78%.The company was the biggest riser of the morning session as it said it has signed a deal worth US$5.5mln over three years – its biggest contract to date. It will supply its Helios vehicle tracking devices to a Nairobi, Kenya-based firm called Pinnacle Systems.
Cluff Natural Resources (LON:CLNR) up 15.4%. The firm unveiled a third party assessment of its North Sea acreage which estimates some 845bn cubic feet (BCF) of gas across four licences.
Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES) up 14.3%. It leased out its County Line Diatomite claims to EP Minerals for 25 years. The terms of the deal will see Sunrise receive a revenue-based royalty every six months from the start of production.
FALLERS
DiamondCorp (LON:DCP) down 17%. The company has agreed a debt rescheduling with main lender IDC and will launch a placing to raise a further £4mln.
Kibo Mining (LON:KIBO) down 9%. There has been a further delay in the receipt of company funds from Hume Capital, though it will not impact Kibo’s cash position the company said.
Roxi Petroleum (LON:RXP) down 8.6%. Blockages at its deep well A5 means it has not been able to complete unrestricted flow testing, though when it has been working, for brief periods of around 2 hours, oil has flowed at a rate of 2,000 barrels of oil per day. It has also suffered blockages at its deep well 801.
