Thor Mining (LON:THR) up 14.3%. Shareholders agreed to forgo cash payments, instead receiving shares. Directors were due AS$40,000 for the year, but have agreed to the placing of 356mln shares at 0.008cents in lieu of the payment.
Mporium (LON:MPM) up 7.6%. The firm has raised £3.1mln through new and existing shareholders to fund the development and launch its next-generation mobile commerce and analytics products.
SSP Group (LON:SSPG) up 6%. The company saw sales grow just 0.3% to £1.8bn. but pre-tax profits soared 14.7% to £82mln after a boost to its margins.
FALLERS
Cloudbuy (LON:CBUY) down 7.5%. Patrick Broughton, a non-exec director, bought 200,000 shares at 6.45p per share, as it said Michael Pasternak brought his stake down by more than 1.5mln shares last month.
Oilex (LON:OEX) down 7.1%. Its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) were halted from trading pending the appointment of a new director.
Motive Television (LON:MTV) down 7.1%. The company said Cantor Fitzgerald sold around 25mln shares in the company yesterday.

LGO Energy (LON:LGO) up 36.8%. Shares rallied with the news of a constructive deal with its lender BNP Paribas. The Trinidad based junior oil producer has agreed with BNP Paribas an early end to a funding deal, set up in February
Forbidden Technologies (LON:FBT) up 12.8%. The firm has unveiled a new contract win for its Forscene video editing software via United States based distributor Key Code Media, in conjunction with Technicalogy Inc.
Sinclair IS PHARMA (LON:SPH) up 7.7%. The company has been approached by Alliance Pharma, which has bid £132.2mln for the firm. The takeover already has the backing of investors holding around 47% of Sinclair’s shares.
FALLERS
Nahl Group (LON:NAH) down 16.5%. The Chancellor said in his Autumn Statement that the government will restrict the ability for sufferers of minor whiplash injuries to claim compensation. It also intends to increase the small claims limit from £1,000 to £5,000. The legal marketing expert said it did not know how these changes would affect its business.
Anglo Pacific (LON:APF) down 9.5%. The mining royalty specialist increased its income in its latest quarter helped by coal mine Narribi's contribution.
Alliance Pharma (LON:APH) down 9.3%. The company will effectively double in size following the planned acquisition of Sinclair IS PHARMA for £132.2mln.

EKF Diagnostics (LON:EKF), down 49.3%. The shares halve after a profit warning as a result of a number of one-off impairments.
Moneyswap (LON:SWAP), down 29.6%. Someone's been joining the dots in an unfathomable way with this stock. The company's chief executive officer, Sung Min Lin, has resigned as chairman of Asia-Pacific online gaming and media company, and yet it is Moneyswap’s share price that has fallen.
Forte Energy (LON:FTE), down 17.1%. The company is in advanced discussions with a number of parties over a corporate deal or possible acquisition, it said today.
