Jetion plc rose this morning after the company's largest shareholder, Ms. Jiezhen Yang, acquired 475,000 shares at 88.5 pence per share on 27 December 2007 and a further 650,000 shares at 93.88 pence the following day. The total value of the shares acquired was approximately £1.03 million.
Ms. Jiezhen Yang's holding now stands at approximately 43.66 million shares, or 53.8% of the Company.
Shares in Jetion reacted positively to the news, moving 5% higher to 100 pence.
