Shares in Eckoh (LON:ECK), the secure payments specialist, were higher in morning trade after it revealed its recently acquired US arm, Product Support Solutions (PSS), had landed a deal worth a minimum US$2mln.
The five-year agreement will see PSS supply the US contact centres of an unnamed global media company with its Agent Desktop product.
“It is particularly pleasing to note that the contract is a significant one in value, length and client profile, and it perfectly illustrates the type of product sale that we increasingly expect to secure through our PSS channel,” said Eckoh chief executive Nik Philpot.
"PSS has now sold this market-leading product into large organisations in the US, UK and Australia, giving us an excellent platform on which to grow sales significantly.”
The stock, up 31% in the last six months, advanced a 0.88p to 50.38p, valuing the business at £105mln.
