Trinidad & Tobago-focused Trinity Exploration and Production (LON:TRIN) has been granted a further extension to the moratorium on its debt repayments.
The company owes US$13mln to its lender and the deadline for repayment has been extended several times while Trinity gets on with its restructuring; the latest extension is to December 4.
Discussions remain in progress with the lender to secure a further extension of its credit facilities, and management expect there will be continued support, particularly following the announcement of the sale of substantially all of Trinity's onshore assets for US$20.8 million.
