88 Energy, Paragon Diamonds, Range Resources and Victoria Oil & Gas also had news out

It was a subdued end to the week for the stock market, but there were still some good news in the world of AIM to get excited about.

Servision (LON:SEV) landed two contracts worth €230,000 from existing distribution partners.

The AIM-quoted developer and manufacturer of digital video security systems has been asked to supply 150 of its MVG400 units for a fleet of buses in Portugal.

Elsewhere, Haydale Graphene (LON:HAYD) received strong support for its open offer with 91% of share taken up including the excess application facility.

Of the 625,000 new shares offered at a price of 160p per share, 568,000 were taken up and the 57,000 remainder placed. In total, Haydale raised £6mln through the funding.

Speaking of funding, 88 Energy (LON:88E, ASX:88E) has successfully raised US$3mln though an oversubscribed share placing.

The company will also open a share purchase plan to eligible existing shareholders with a view to raising a further US$2mln.

MotiveTV (LON:MTV) issued £72,500 worth of shares to Bergen Global Opportunity Fund as a conversion of debt into equity. The facility with Bergen now comprises £480,850.

Meanwhile, Paragon Diamonds (LON:PRG) has agreed the conversion of a debt into a convertible loan, and the maturity has been extended until the end of May 2016. The lender, which is owed £638,750, can have partial payment in shares in the meantime.

The company also said it still had limited working capital and cautioned there was material uncertainty over its financial position.

Premier African Minerals (LON:PREM) has received early the proceeds of a second tranche of convertible loan notes issued to Darwin Strategic.

The £157,500 will fund the ramp-up to full production at its 49%-owned RHA tungsten mine in Zimbabwe.

Mosman Oil & Gas (LON:MSMN) expects its acquisition of the South Taranaki Energy Project (STEP) in New Zealand to complete early next year.

The only outstanding matter for the proposed NZ$10mln (about £4.2mln) transaction is Government approvals, it said.

China Nonferrous Gold (LON:CNG) revealed that non-exec director Abuali Ismatov had sold almost 390,000 shares in the firm in recent days in two transactions amounting to around £84,000.

He currently still owns around 4.1mln shares, or 1.10% of the share capital.

Staying in the boardroom, Cameroon gas utility firm Victoria Oil & Gas (LON:VOG) said non-exec director James McBurney had resigned from the board and thanked him for his energetic and professional work.

McBurney has relocated to the USA to pursue business interests in the alternative fuels sector, said the firm, wishing him well.

In pharma news, Deltex Medical (LON:DEMG) has highlighted a major US study of fluid management during and after surgery that found wide variations in practices and significant impacts on patient recovery.

To mining - whereDiamondCorp (LON:DCP) said tunnelling into higher grade diamond-bearing kimberlite ore is progressing at originally planned rates following the installation of steel arches that provide a protective canopy.

In oil, Range Resources (LON:RRL) is preparing for production testing in its first development well at the Beach Marcelle field, onshore Trinidad.

The well, GY 180SE, was spudded on November 4 and by November 16 had reached its target depth of 2,000 feet.

Finally, Collagen Solutions (LON:COS) announced Kevin Wilson, a non-executive director, has died today after a short illness.
