RISERS

OxySure Systems (OTCQB:OXYS) jumped 21% to $0.207 after the provider of life-saving emergency oxygen solutions said it is on track to reach breakeven next year.

Propanc Health Group (OTCQB: PPCH) added 11% to $0.041 after the cancer treatment developer told investors it was 'thrilled' with the results of recent studies, where it achieved significant tumor growth inhibition in pancreatic and ovarian cancers using its PRP candidate.

Power Solutions International (NASDAQ:PSIX) rose 2.2% to $19.45. The provider of emissions-certified alternative-fuel power systems unveiled a technical development agreement with Jiangsu NEOC Automotive, a unit of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC).

MusclePharm (OTCMKTS:MSLP) was flat at $2.60. The sports nutrition company said it has previously retained an investment banker to explore the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of its BioZone Laboratories Inc unit.

Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE:WMT) gained 2.5% to $59.40 after the world's largest retailer posted stronger-than-expected fiscal third-quarter earnings and lifted the low end of its annual guidance.

FALLERS

American Green (OTCPINK:ERBB) slid 3.7% to $0.00260. The medical cannabis technology firm is to begin building its first marijuana-growing facility in a property near downtown Phoenix, Arizona, it emerged.

Abeona Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ABEO) fell 1.5% to $3.88 after the biopharmaceutical company reported a wider-than-expected loss in the most recent quarter.
