KEFI Minerals (LON:KEFI) up 6.2%. The firm has confirmed the Ethiopian government is to take a 20-25% stake its Tulu Kapi gold project in return for an investment of between US$15-20mln.
Plutus PowerGen (LON:PPG) up 5.9%. It has secured planning permission for its 20MW site in Crumlin, South Wales, which will constantly be on standby in case of a power shortage.
Real Good Food (LON:RGD) up 5.7%. The cake decoration, food ingredients and bakery company saw its transformation moved on apace in the first half of its financial year, with the company moving into the black.
FALLERS
Oilex (LON:OEX) down 52.6%. The company is in dispute with Zeta Resources, a company which had previously agreed to invest US$16.3mln into the company.
Creightons (LON:CRL) down 10.3%. The company said it remains cautious on the level of retail sales in the UK and warned the UK customer’s focus on value may impact margins.
Xeros Technologies (LON:XSG) down 8.1%. The firm announced it is in the late stages of discussions shareholders and other investors to raise up to £40mln by way of a placing of new ordinary shares at 225p per share.

RISERS
Sophos Group (LON:SOPH) up 7.5%. The cloud-based computer security solutions provider upgraded its full-year outlook, saying trading had been ahead of expectations in the six months to the end of September.
Ophir Energy (LON:OPHR) up 7%. The company has finalised commercial terms with a shortlisted group of possible offtake partners for the liquefied natural gas production from the Fortuna project.
First Derivatives (LON:FDP) up 6.6%. The financial software firm saw both pre-tax profit and revenues surge in the first half of the year as it hiked its dividend and said it would hit market expectations for the year.
FALLERS
Tullett Prebon (LON:TLPR) down 9.6%. The company is buying the global broking arm of inter-dealer broker ICAP, and in return, ICAP will receive a majority stake in the enlarged group.
Fenner (LON:FENR) down 8.6%. The engineering firm issued a profit warning, after it swung to a pre-tax loss in the year to August. Though trading was in line in most areas, the US coal industry continues to hurt the company, meaning it will now likely miss expectations.
Tullow Oil (LON:TLW) down 6.5%. The oil firm expects to reduce capital spending by around 36% in 2016 as it continues to adapt business to lower oil prices.

RISERS
TalkTalk (LON:TALK) up 12.6%. The company said the cyber attack suffered last month will cost a one-off payment of up to £35mln, far less than some had feared. Earlier this month Berenberg had said a worst case scenario could have cost the company £280mln. The interim dividend was also raised by 15%, despite speculation it would be cut.
Energy Technique (LON:ETQ) up 11.7%. Volution Group has made a £9.25mln bid for the company, which currently has a market capitalisation of £8mln.
Xcite Energy (LON:XEL) up 10%. The company has agreed a new partnership with Azinor Catalyst for its UKCS Licence P.1979, its exploration acreage.
FALLERS
Uranium Resources (LON:URA) down 31.2%. Losses for the year to June were in line with the previous year, around £400,000, but the company said it has decided to delay drilling at its Mtonya project until the uranium market picks up.
Brammer (LON:BRAM) down 16.6%. The logistics provider said the market remains challenging, with its UK performance reduced due to deterioration in steel and aerospace sectors. The Nordic business also took a hit due to oil and gas weakness. The company said as a result, full year profit will be below last year’s figures.
Gulf Marine (LON:GMS) down 10%. Currency headwinds are likely to hit the company to the tune of US$8mln as the low oil price continues to impact pricing. The firm did say that it remains in line with market expectations.
