RISERS
TechFinancials (LON:TECH), up 8.7%. There are few things shareholders like more than directors buying shares in the company, and a gaggle of board members have collectively bought 1.35mln shares at 11.5p a pop.
ICAP (LON:IAP), up 8.1%. ICAP is in talks to sell its broking business to Tullett Prebon in a move that would see it take a stake in its smaller rival.
Acal (LON:ACAL), up 7.7%. Components specialist Acal (LON:ACL) said it is acquiring Denmark’s Flux AS for £3.7mln as part of its strategy to create a higher margin business.
FALLERS
Zambeef Products (LON:ZAM), down 10.7%, Charles Mpundu has resigned as a non-executive director of the company. He had been a representative of local Zambian institutional shareholders.
Reach4Entertainment Enterprises (LON:R4E), down 10.5%. The shares fell after a change to the restructuring agreement with AIB that will result in AIB no longer converting £5.16mln of the amount it is owed by R4E into shares.
Amerisur Resources (LON:AMER), down 7.1%. The market was disappointed with the results of the drilling of the Loto-2 well.

RISERS
IAG (LON:IAG), up 3.01% as the BA owner unveiled management changes and upgraded long term financial goals.
InterContinental Hotels (LON:IHG) ,up almost 5%, as the hotel giant is reported by Bloomberg to be exploring strategic options including a potential sale or merger.
Inmarsat (LON:ISAT) , up 2.52% as the satellite firm released third quarter numbers, which cheered, with revenue for the quarter up 7.5% on 2014.
FALLERS
Amec Foster Wheeler (LON:AMFW) shed another 6% today after tumbling yesterday after the oil services group warned on profits and halved its dividend.
Cobham (LON:COB) shed a further 1.96% after yesterday, telling investors it expects underlying EPS of the year to be at the lower end of current market expectations
ECR Minerals (LON:ECR), the mining junior, shed over 22% today, despite it unveiling a maiden resource estimate for the Danglay gold project (formerly known as Itogon) in the Philippines.
The project has initially been estimated to host 1.2mln tonnes of inferred resources at a grade of 1.6 grams per tonne, which equates to 60,500 ounces of contained gold resources.

Physiomics (LON:PYC), up 13.0%. Physiomics has identified a number of potential acquisition targets, including one in particular where the synergy with its modelling skills is strong.
Darty (LON:DRTY), up 12.1%. The bid from Groupe Fnac for French electrical goods seller Darty is on, with Fnac prepared to offer one of its shares for every 37 Darty shares. The terms value Darty shares at around 116p each, versus last night's closing value of 99.5p.
Pantheon Resources (LON:PANR), up 10.3%. Drilling on the second well in its 2015 drilling programme at Tyler County in East Texas has found hydrocarbons where the company was not expecting them, though it remains to be seen whether the new zone is commercially viable.
FALLERS
Feedback (LON:FDBK), down 40.0%. Chairman Simon Barrell has stepped down to be replaced by Tom Charlton. The company announced a full-year loss of £1.11mln, versus a loss of £470,654 the year before.
Tullett Prebon (LON:TLPR), down 11.0%. The shares fell on a gloomy outlook statement from the inter-dealer broker, which announced another round of staff and fixed cost cutbacks.
Falanx (LON:FLX), down 10.5%. Another stock where a board change has not gone down well; executive chairman Karl Barclay has informed the cyber-security specialist that he proposes to retire by 31 March 2016.
