Ariana Resources (LON:AAU) up 12.3%. Its chairman, Michael de Villiers bought 4.5mln shares at 1p per share, taking his stake in the company to above 3%.
Ophir Energy (LON:OHPR) up 5.6%. Shares moved higher despite news it has plugged and abandoned its first exploration well in the Gulf of Thailand as a dry hole. “While this is undoubtedly disappointing, we do not believe that this result kills the prospectivity in the immediate vicinity, nor unduly dents the company's valuation." SP Angel said.
Genel Energy (LON:GENL) up 5.5%. Chief Executive Murat Ozgul and Chief Financial Officer Ben Monaghan bought 30,000 shares at 260p and 20,000 at 258p in the company respectively.
FALLERS
PeerTV (LON:PTV) down 12.5%. Shareholders put the kybosh on its subsidiary Digitek’s proposed restructuring. Only 58% of voted cast were in favour, with 75% needed.
Braveheart Investment Group (LON:BRH) down 12.5%. Pre-tax losses widened to £1mln n the first half of the year from just £88,000 the year before.
Forbidden Technologies (LON:FBT) down 7.3%. The cloud video specialist has bolstered its commercial capability with the hiring of Jim Irving as a director.

Cambian Group (LON:CMBN) up 8.3%. Andrew Griffith, chief financial officer, is to stand down from the board and leave the company after the 2015 full-year results have been released.
RWS Holdings (LON:RWS) up 5.8%. The company has acquired Corporate Translations for US$70mln in cash, to boost RWS’s growth in the life sciences sector.
Aureus Mining (LON:AUE) up 3.7%. It is once again crushing rock at its New Liberty gold project in Liberia. Following the latest news, finnCap retained its “buy” recommendation and 44p target for the shares, while Shore Capital was also a buyer without specifying a target.
FALLERS
Gfinity (LON:GFIN) down 15.3%. The online video game competition organiser is to raise £1mln through the issue of 5.2mln shares at 19p.
The Share Centre (LON:SHRE) down 9.7%. The stockbroker said revenues have fallen 1% year-on-year despite a record high market capitalisation reflecting stock market volatility and subdued investor activity.
Hikma Pharmaceuticals (LON:HIK) down 5.3%. The Generics business is letting the side down, with slower than expected growth in the gout treatment, colchicine.

LPA Group (LON:LPA) up 29.1%. Full year results are expected to be ahead of market expectations after an improved second half. It added that problems with its manufacturing facility have been “largely overcome”.
Sirius Petroleum (LON:SRSP) up 7.7%. The Nigeria-focused investor has hired Christopher Neal as a non-executive director with immediate effect, while Ajay Kejriwal leaves the board.
Flybe (LON:FLYB) up 5%. The company has resolved its last major legacy issue, with the last of its 14 aircrafts redeployed as part of “Project Blackbird”. The remaining six E195 airplanes will be redeployed in March.

Caza Oil & Gas (LON:CAZA) down 21%. The company secured another extension to its financing arrangement with Apollo Investment despite remaining in breach of the covenants of the deal. Meanwhile, it is in advanced talks with a potential financier, but, should a deal be reached, it would likely result in “significant dilution”.
Stellar Diamond (LON:STEL) down 20%. The company has proposed a capital reorganisation. As a result, 50 shares of 1p will become 1 share of 50p. It also announced a new convertible loan note to raise US$1.6mln.
Atalaya Mining (LON:ATYM) down 13.3%. It has received a claim from Astor Management in the High Court of Justice over issues with its acquisition fo EMED Tartessus.
