Oil firm Trinity Exploration (LON:TRIN) said Charles Anthony Brash is stepping down as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The board thanked him for his contribution to date and wished him well.
It comes after the announcement last week that chief executive Joel "Monty" Pemberton had resigned from the Trinidad-focused oil group following the sale off its onshore assets.
Bruce Dingwall is to take over as executive chairman with Nirmala Maharaj, currently legal and corporate services manager, to become country manager.
