ImmuPharma (LON:IMM) is to bid farewell to non-executive director Ajay Agrawal.
Dr Agrawal is to step down with immediate effect, taking with him the thanks of the ImmuPharma board for his contribution to the company.
Meanwhile, Tim McCarthy, who was appointed as non-executive chairman at the end of last month, said he has become more convinced of the potential of the company's lead programme, Lupuzor.
“This has the potential to bring success for ImmuPharma, reward our long standing shareholders and ultimately to provide a significant treatment for lupus sufferers, globally. I am delighted to be part of the team driving this strategy forward," McCarthy said.
