Telit Communications (LON:TCM) up 7.6%. The machine-to-machine specialist has been awarded a contract worth up to US$220mln as part of the UK’s £11bn smart metering infrastructure project GB SMIP.
Minds + Machines (LON:MMX) up 6.7%. The Florida Bar, leading law firms Orrick, Skadden, and DLA Piper and leading legal media outlets Law360 and ALM Media were all among the early adopters of its new .law domain.
UTV Media (LON:UTV) up 5.6%. Broadcaster ITV is buying the Northern Ireland peer for £100mln, funded through its existing cash and debt.

Anglo American (LON:AAL) down 7.2%. Miners across the board were lower following disappointing data from China which showed its economic growth slowed in the third quarter while industrial output also slowed month-on-month.
Sula Iron & Gold (LON:SULA) down 6.6%. The company has applied for an IFC loan to establish a small coltan producing operation at Ferensola in Sierra Leone.

88 energy (LON:88E) up 8.3%. The company has acquired the additional information requested for its well permit in Alaska and hopes to start drilling in the coming days.
Hutchison China MediTech (LON:HCM) up 5.5%. The Remuneration Committee has granted conditional awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan to the chief executive and the chief financial officer.
EKF Diagnostics (LON:EKF) up 5.1%. It has granted Jinjing a further extension until Friday as it continues discussions to be bought out by the firm.
FALLERS
KEFI Minerals (LON:KEFI) down 11.5%.The firm is now focused on finalising full development funding for its Tulu Kapi gold mine in Ethiopia ahead of targeted gold production in 2017.
Alba Mineral Resources (LON:ALBA) down 10%. The UK oil explorer has raised £385,000 from the issue of 154mln new shares at 0.25p a pop.
Mickelmersh Brick (LON:MBH) down 6%. Its full-year profits will exceed market expectations but the company did add a note of caution to the generally upbeat statement as it said delivery volumes had been below previous expectations as a result of a softening of the market.

PeerTV (LON:PTV) up 63%. The company has agreed with loan noteholders of Digitek to exchange 100% of the notes in issue for 75% of the Ordinary Share Capital and 75% of the Preference Share Capital of Digitek. Digitek is no longer able to finance itself, and Peer said the move shows its “reluctance to continue supporting the Digitek business”.
Milestone Group (LON:MSG) up 10.8%. Its joint venture with Black Cactus Nexstar, has signed a deal with an unnamed Belgium-based payments company to add a MasterCard pre-paid product from next year.
MySquar (LON:MYSQ) up 6.6%. The Myanmar-focused social media phenomenon has gone through the 1.5mln user mark and inked its first service agreement.
FALLERS
LGO Energy (LON:LGO) down 41.5%. The company has started discussions over additional funding with its bank after its latest hole in Trinidad was plugged and abandoned after the pipe got stuck.
Tribal Group (LON:TRB) down 37%. The education management firm has moved away from mid-sized contracts, focusing on large deals. As a result, it is no longer building a pipeline of contracts and has also seen extensions to some programmes. Therefore, revenues will be below expectations and profit will be significantly below expectations for the year.
Baron Oil (LON:BOIL) down 12%. The cost of exiting Colombia will be around US$1mln due to accrued royalty payments and capital costs owed to Ecopetrol.
