RISERS
Hutchison China MediTech (LON:HCM) up 10%. The company has filed for an initial public offering in the US. So far this year, the only two Chinese companies to list in the US raised about US$150mln compared to last year when 10 listed, raising US$3.5bn.
DJI Holdings (LON:DJI) up 4.5%. The promoter of Chinese lottery products was boosted as the State Council said it plans to cancel 62 requirements and regulations to make it easier to approve and administer lottery sales and pay-outs.
FALLERS
Sefton Resources (LON:SER) down 14.4%. The company repeated that it still does not have a Nomad, and will need to find one by next Friday or its shares will be suspended form listing. It also agreed to overhaul its board and appoint Clement Chambers as interim chief executive.
PeerTV (LON:PTV) down 8.6%. The company proposed a share consolidation under which shareholders will get one share in the company for every 1,000 they hold.
Gulfsands Petroleum (LON:GPX) down 12.7%. The company has not been able to secure a further extension of the Fes Petroleum Agreement in Morocco.

China New Energy (LON:CNEL) up 150%. The company said it will sign a new deal with existing partner Sunbird Bioenergy to continue development of its bioethanol plant in Zimbabwe.
Provident Financial (LON:PFG) up 4.9%. The non-standard lender said a better-than-expected showing from its UK arm drove good third quarter trading.
Atlantis Resources (LON:ARL) up 4.5%. The company said the European Commission's Climate Change Committee has approved the transfer of €17mln of funding from the Kyle Rhea project to Atlantis's MeyGen project.
FALLERS
Alba Mineral Resources (LON:ALBA) down 8.6%. Alba has had an extension to the proposed purchase of a further 5% stake in the interests at the Horse Hill project. It had previously said it had 30 days but only had 21 and has paid a further £50,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the extension.
Falkland Oil & Gas (LON:FOGL) down 8.3%. The firm has found hydrocarbons in its Humpback well, but said progress had been slower-than-expected.
ICAP (LON:IAP) down 3.4%. The firm was downgraded to equal weight from overweight by Barclays and had its target price slashed to 500p from 600p.

Magnolia Petroleum (LON:MAGP) up 23%. The company pushed past the 200 well mark in its latest quarter as seven more came on stream.
SyQic (LON:SYQ) up 7.5%. The paid-for video content provider has launched its new "click to pay" payment platform for the company's main product, Yoomob. It means it can market on social media sites including Facebook and Twitter, and take direct payment from subscribers.
7Digital (LON:7DIG) up 7.5%. The company has been chosen as a supplier to music streaming firm Electric Jukebox, which was launched this week at BAFTA in London.
FALLERS
Blenheim Natural Resources (LON:BNR) down 18.5%. The company issued 45,000 warrants at 65p per share and granted 100,000 share options to three directors, with the bulk (70,000) going to chairman Chris Ellis.
Capital Lease Aviation (LON:CLA) down 14.9%. The company has proposed to de-list from AIM as its rival Avation now has around a 97% stake in the company.
Rightster (LON:RSTR) down 13.8%. The Youtube-style video specialist has started a strategic review that will assess options for the business going forward.
