U.S. Risers/Fallers: Constellation, Twitter, Pandora, Nu Skin, Yum, Adobe

Below are the main news driven share price changes at 1:32 p.m. in New York on Wednesday:

RISERS

Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ) advanced 1.3% to $132.96 after the third-largest U.S. beer company by volume reported a fiscal second-quarter profit above market expectations and lifted its full-year outlook.

Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) rose 7.1% to $29.57 after Saudi Prince Alwaleed and his Kingdom Holding investment firm increased their combined stake in the microblogging website to more than 5%.

FALLERS

Pandora Media (NYSE:P) fell 4.6% to $20.98 after the biggest player in Internet radio agreed to buy Ticketfly, an independent ticket seller, in a deal valued at $450mln.

Nu Skin Enterprises (NYSE:NUS) tumbled 24.5% to $35.15, the lowest in nearly three years, after the direct seller of skin care and nutritional products slashed its revenue forecast for the third quarter.

Yum Brands (NYSE:YUM) sank 19% to $67.65 as the restaurant operator lagged behind estimates by $0.07 with adjusted quarterly profit of $1 per share. Revenue also came in below forecasts. The parent of KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut also trimmed its full-year forecast.

Adobe Systems (NASDAQ:ADBE) decreased 6.8% to $79.50. The software company slashed its 2016 profit forecast, in response to the negative effects of a stronger dollar.
