RISERS
Resource Holding Management (LON:RHM) up 28.7%. Its subsidiary owns 41.58% of PUCF, which today said it has cancelled all the outstanding options granted to employees as part of its share option scheme.
AB Dynamics (LON:ABDP) up 16.6%. The company said revenues and profits will be materially ahead of market expectations as it rejected a government grant due to certain new requirements being added.
Paragon Diamonds (LON:PRG) up 6.6%. City brokers welcomed news that the company received two extensions that should allow it to complete the acquisition of the Mothae mine from Lucara Diamond Corp in Lesotho.
FALLERS
Grafenia (LON:GRA) down 25.4%. It completed the sale of Dutch subsidiary Grafenia BV to Rosso for €2.25mln in cash. It was bought in 2010 for €2mln.
Boxhill Technologies (LON:BOX) down 10%. The company expects revenues fior the year to July to rise 40-50% higher than the previous year, but this is lower than expected as certain contracted business fell into the new financial year.
Gemfields (LON:GEM) down 6.7%. Good demand for coloured gemstones enabled the company to hit another revenue record despite a difficult time for luxury arm Faberge.

RISERS
Tethys Petroleum (LON:TPL) up 11.4%. Pope Asset Management has spiked the proposed takeover of Tethys by Nostrum Oil & Gas. It was one of the three major shareholders who’s approval were required to pass the deal.
Tullow Oil (LON:TLW) up 11.3%. Oil companies across the FTSE 350 were higher as the price of a barrel of brent crude rose 1.7% to US$52.85.
SABMiller (LON:SAB) up 1.15%. The brewer was higher as Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) has made a takeover approach valuing the South African company at US$104bn.
FALLERS
BTG (LON:BTG) down 6.6%. The specialty pharmaceuticals company's price target was cut by JPMorgan Cazenove to 1,000p from 1,100p after it tempered expectations for its full year results earlier this week.
AstraZeneca (LON:AZM) down 2%. The pharma giant palmed off its Caprelsa rare disease medicine to Genzyme an arm of French drugmaker Sanofi SA. Genzyme made an upfront payment to AstraZeneca of US$165mln with US$135mln in milestone and development payments expected.
Sports Direct (LON:SPD) down 2.8%. The company has made a bid to acquire the half it doesn't own of Irish clothing chain Heatons, but broker Peel Hunt warned there is a lack of momentum in the core business with a “lack of high store standards and exclusive third party product within the stores” hitting the company.

RISERS
Strat Aero (LON:AERO) up 10.4%. The company has agreed to a joint venture project with UAV Airways to establish future remotely piloted aircraft training centres and delivering training courses.
Scotgold Resources (LON:SGZ) up 8.2%. The company closed its rights issue. It raised around US$1.24mln, 84% of the placing.
Berkeley Energy (LON:BKY) up 7.3%. Its Salamanca uranium property in Spain is “rapidly emerging as one of the best new projects around”, according to managing director Paul Atherley.
FALLERS
Blue Star Capital (LON:BLU) down 22.5%. The company has a 2.1% stake in Disruptive Tech Limited, the parent company to Nektan, which is planning to raise £2.75mln through a rights issue.
Botswana Diamonds (LON:BOD) down 20.3%. Drill results on an anomaly on its licence PL210 in the Orapa Region of Botswana showed it is not Orapa kimberlite.
EasyHotel (LON:EZH) down 7.7%. Sales will be higher but earnings will be hit by a number of one-off costs, including management restructuring costs and the closure of its South African franchise, the company said today.
