Brick producer Michelmersh Brick Holdings (LON:MBH) revealed that non-exec director Alan Hardy has resigned with immediate effect, to pursue other interests.
These include his charity work and his role as a Justice of the Peace (magistrate).
Hardy came to the board in 2010 when the firm bought Freshfield Lane Brickworks, where he was managing director, and helped integrate Freshfield Lane into the group.
Shares in Michelmersh eased 0.97% to 102p.
