Big data software specialist Rosslyn Data Technologies (LON:RDT) confirmed Roger Bullen has been appointed as chief financial and operating officer as of today (October 1).
The 52-year-old holds 2mln shares in Rosslyn, or 2.65% of the capital.
Chief executive Charles Clark said on Thursday: "The board is delighted to welcome Roger to the company.
"He is accomplished chief financial officer with extensive operational experience who has been associated with Rosslyn for many years.
"He brings a wealth of knowledge that will add considerable strength and value."
Rosslyn shares closed at 17.5p on Wednesday.
