Marketing analytics group Ebiquity (LON:EBQ) has appointed a new chief executive.
Ebiquity said Michael Karg would take over from Michael Greenlees, who has held the role for eight years, on January 1 next year.
Karg has been chief executive of Razorfish International, the digital business transformation agency of Publicis Groupe, since 2013.
He was chief operating officer of Razorfish and Digitas International previously since 2010.
Ebiquity chairman Michael Higgins said: "Michael Karg is an outstanding appointment for Ebiquity. He has considerable experience across our industry particularly in digital marketing."
The group said Greenlees had decided that the company needed a different person to take the business to the next stage of its development.
Karg said: "Ebiquity has seen the future where corporates now thoroughly interrogate the returns of their marketing spend.
"With the systems Ebiquity has developed, its geographical spread and providing clients with ever more detailed insights into best execution, I believe Ebiquity has a bright and prosperous future ahead of it."
