RISERS

Lead All Investments (LON:LEAL) up 33.3%. Losses narrowed in the first half to £21,463 from £137,382 as it remains on the lookout for investment opportunities in Malaysia.

Vmoto (LON:VMT) up 15.4%. The scooter maker has done a deal to sell its products to a Canadian telematics company.

Ultra Electronics (LON:ULE) up 2%. JPMorgan Cazenove upgraded its rating on the company to ‘verweight’ from ‘neutral’.

FALLERS

PeerTV (LON:PTV) down 22.9%. Losses narrowed slightly but the firm warned it will need to raise additional funds as it has remained loss-making so far this year.

Sovereign Mines of Africa (LON:SMA) down 19.5%. The company said it is planning a fundraising provided it can finalise a deal with a potential partner at its Mandiana project in Ghana.

Geong International (LON:GNG) down 7.7%. Hanafin Investments said it will not make a bid for the company and will not be converting its stock options.

Paternoster Resources (LON:PRS) up 6.6%. The natural resources investment firm reported a 9% rise in net asset value per share in the first half of 2015.

SABMiller (LON:SAB) up 2.8%. Talk that Belgium's Anheuser-Busch InBev could bid about US$106bn for the company within the next few days lifted shares.

FALLERS

Glencore (LON:GLEN) down 24.7%. The shocking drop comes after weak Chinese data showed the economy expanded at the slowest pace since 1990. Broker Investec piled on the misery, suggesting if commodity prices remain at current levels, almost all Glencore’s equity value could diminish without substantial restructuring.

Speedy Hire (LON:SDY) down 15.5%. The plant hire group warned on profits after a disappointing start to the year, hitting its shares.

GameAccount Network (LON:GAME) down 12.4%. Losses widened to £2.6mln from £908,000 as sales dropped. It said it was hit by delays in sales but is working on improving performance.

Aquatic Foods Group (LON:AFG) up 22.6%. The Chinese seafood processor has secured a US$15.4mln one-year sales deal with Yihe International to supply 11 of Aquatic’s products to the US market.

Teathers Financial (LON:TEA) up 19.7%. The company has officially launched its new crowdfunding app that will enable private investors to participate in private placings and IPOs.

Berkeley Energy (LON:BKY) up 6%.The final results from its recently completed drilling programme at its Zona 7 project in Spain have delivered very encouraging results in terms of uranium grade.

FALLERS

e-ServGlobal (LON:ESG) down 23.5%. The company said there is a chance its sales and underlying earnings (EBITDA) will be below expectations for the year to October 31 due to contract delays and further funding needed at its HomeSend joint venture.

Pennant International Group (LON:PEN) down 17.7%. In the first half, the company swung to a £750,000 loss from a £1.2mln profit the year before as it warned that its full-year expectations will be dependent on whether it can sign new contracts over the next six months.

Tanfield Group (LON:TAN) down 14.9%. Smith Electric Group, which the investment firm has a 5.8% stake in, is struggling to raise the required US$4.5mln it needs from its latest fundraising round and may be placed into bankruptcy protection.
