Ergomed (LON:ERGO), which provides drug development services to the pharma sector, says its successful run is continuing with the firm being short listed for a leading industry award.
The group is one of six finalists for the 'Best CRO' (contract research organisation) award at the 11th Annual Scrip Awards 2015.
Ergomed's chief executive Dr Miroslav Reljanovic said it was a further landmark in what has been a successful period for the company following the initial public offering (IPO) in 2014.
"We believe our innovative Study Site Management model and the use of our in-house Study Physician Team are central to our success to date.
"We are continually looking to develop our clinical research capability to support the development of new drugs. This includes our own investment in drug development through our unique co-development model."
Other finalists in the category include INC Research, PAREXEL and Quintiles.
The winner will be announced at the dinner in London on December 2.
Ergomed provides services to more than 60 clients and has a particular expertise in oncology, neurology and immunology and the development of orphan drugs.
