Big data software specialist Rosslyn Data Technologies (LON:RDT) has deployed a new self-service cloud-based data centre for fund management group Octopus Investments.
Rosslyn said the platform had improved Octopus’s time efficiency by 25% as reports were now delivered-as-a-service from a single cloud analytics platform.
Charles Clarke, Rosslyn’s chief executive, said the contract highlighted the breadth and depth of the industries that could benefit from its RAPid big data analytics platform.
"The start of our new financial year has seen continued momentum in our direct sales activities and this deployment is a further testament that our strategy is delivering results."
