UDG Healthcare (LON:UDG) up 7.7%. The company entered into an agreement to sell its United Drug Supply Chain Services and its MASTA unit for €407mln to US drug distribution company McKesson.
Randgold Resources (LON:RRS) up 3.6%. Miners benefited from a rise in the gold price following the US Federal Reserve’s decision to keep interest rates on at 0.25%.
Summit Therapeutics (LON:SUMM) up 1.5%. The company revealed further positive pre-clinical data regarding its novel antibiotic targeting c.difficile infection.
FALLERS
Rex Bionics (LON:RXB) down 7.2%. The company dipped despite receiving endorsement for its ground breaking technology from the law courts and the insurance industry.
Kaz Minerals (LON:KAZ) down 5.9%. Broker Exane BNP Paribas cut its rating on the miner to ‘underperform’ from ‘neutral’ and slashed the target price on the stock to 120p from 210p.

Stratmin Global Resources (LON:STGR) up 9.2%. Bass Metals has completed its due diligence on its Madagascar mine and will begin funding for the first tranche of the 25% planned investment with a £500,000 subscription.
Newmark Security (LON:NWT) up 1.7%. The company landed a US$6mln deal to develop, manufacture and supply its high tech security product to a ‘major’ workforce management firm.
FALLERS
Ferrexpo (LON:FXPO) down 29.2%. The Ukrainian iron ore miner is facing the insolvency of a bank that holds more than half its cash.
Coms (LON:COMS) down 10%. The company has changed its nominated advisor and broker to Panmure Gordon following its acquisition of Charles Stanley Securities.
LGO Energy (LON:LGO) down 5.6%. The oil firm slid despite more than doubling first half revenues to £6.6mln as production in Trinidad increased significantly. The company, however, reports a pre-tax loss of £2.5mln which was practically the same as the £2.48mln loss for the first half of last year.

Adams (LON:ADA) up 15.8%. The investment company has raised £800,00 through the placing of 18.2mln shares at 4.4p a pop to make further investments.
Private & Commercial Finance Group (LON:PCF) up 12.9%. The company said it is trading ahead of expectations for the year due to portfolio growth. Also, shareholder Somers has converted its shares and loan to its subsidiary Bermuda Commercial Bank which intends to convert it all into equity by the end of the year. This, the company said, will add more than £20mln to the group’s net assets.
Applied Graphene Materials (LON:AGM) up 12%. In a trading update, the company said its full-year results will beat company expectations having broadened its pipeline of partnership opportunities.
FALLERS
Black Sea Property Fund (LON:BKSA) down 33.3%. The company swung to a £233,000 loss in the first half of 2015 from a profit of £32,000 a year ago, as it could not replicate the sales gains it made last year.
Adamas Finance Asia (LON:ADAM) down 17.9%. Losses per share widened to US0.7cents per share, with no news investments made in the first half of the year.
Metals Exploration (LON:MTL) down 15.1%. The company raised US$5mln through an equity issue of 108mln shares at 3p a pop, up to US$5.7mln in an 100mln share open offer and US$5mln in a proposed debt securities issue.
