Our upcoming forum next Wednesday brings together three companies at exciting phases in their development. The management team from Versarien (LON:VRS), Tern (LON:TERN) and Avation (LON:AVAP) will be updating investors on current developments and future prospects.

First up is Versarien, a company which is developing copper foams which act as the primary heat exchange element between the heat source within a device and the heat transfer medium. The company is also involved with the production of Carbide and Graphene – two increasingly popular and potentially lucrative materials.
Chief Executive Niell Ricketts will be at the event to outline Versarien’s long term growth plans.
Next we have Tern, an investment company which is focused on the rapidly evolving IT sector with a specific focus on cloud and mobile technologies.
The company, whose shares have risen by almost two thirds over the year to date, has just raised £720,000 as it looks to target new investments. The bold move by management comes hot on the heels of news that the value of Tern's investments have risen by more than four-fold over the past 12 months.
Executive Chairman Angus Forrest will be with us to explain the investment proposition in more detail.
Lastly, but by no means least, we will be hosting aircraft leasing company Avation – a company which can count Virgin Australia, Thomas Cook and American Airways among its customers.
In addition to its leasing operations, Avation provides active fleet management to ensure the retention of asset values and the maximisation of earnings. The company is fresh from announcing that it has purchased an Airbus 320-200 as it looks to bolster its aircraft portfolio.
Finance Director Richard Wolanski will be here to outline how the company intends to grow.
