RISERS
Marechale Capital (LON:MAC) up 435%. I make a point not to repeat any companies but when a company rises as much as Marechale, rules can be broken. Bulletin board members are suggesting the meeting on Tuesday should pass its planning application in respect of Desborough Airfield, the proposed site of the Northfield UK Solar project.
Photonstar (LON:PSL) up 18.3%. The LED expert posted flat pre-tax losses in the first half of 2015, despite revenue falling, but said it expects revenue to grow in the second half.
Premier Oil (LON:PMO) up 7%. Yesterday, the group blamed write-offs for a dip into the red but said it was well-placed despite falling oil prices. Shares have been on the rise since.
FALLERS
Namibian Resources (LON:NBR) down 13.3%. Production at the group's Sonnberg diamond mine remains suspended and is not expected to re-start. Meanwhile discussions over a potential copper project and diamond mine have been discontinued. On the plus side, losses narrowed.
Fidelity China Special Situations (LON:FCSS) down 4.6%. The investment fund, focused on Chinese equities, was pulled lower as Chinese stocks plunged once again Friday. The Shanghai Composite Index lost 4.3%.
GlaxoSmithKline (LON:GSK) down 2.3%. The drug giant is selling its rights to a multiple sclerosis drug to Swiss rival Novartis for up to US$1.03bn.

Marechale Capital (LON:MAC) 187%. The company confirmed a meeting of the Full Planning Committee of Kettering County Council is scheduled for Tuesday to deliberate on the planning application made in respect of Desborough Airfield, the proposed site of the Northfield UK Solar project.
Azonto Petroleum(LON:AZO) up 3.1%. The firm received US$4mln from the sale of its stake in the Vioco joint venture company.
SIG (LON:SIG), up 3.0%. Broker Liberum upgraded the building products company to ‘Buy’ from ‘Hold’ citing a commitment to restoring margins, its cost savings programme, and an improving outlook in key markets.
FALLERS
Rose Petroleum (LON:ROSE) down 12.89%. The company said it has refined its strategy in light of the current depressed oil price.
Ukrproduct Group (LON:UKR) down 10.59%. The Ukranian dairy product distributor said it has faced significant headwinds in the last six months, “mostly owing to the continuing unrest in the East of the country and the pressured state of Ukrainian economy overall.”
Alba Minerals (LON:ALBA) down 8.33%. Losses widened in the first half of the year as the oil minnow said it continues to focus on the Horse Hill development on the Surrey/Sussex border.

CPP Group (LON:CPP) up 27.66%. The company said It expects underlying operating profit to be significantly higher in 2016 than previously expected. Meanwhile, revenue will be much lower after the closure of its Airport Angel.
Halosource (LON:HALO) up 9.33%. The company has teamed up with Panasonic India to launch a line of water purification devices in India.
Software Radio Technology (LON:SRT) up 7.35%. It won a US$5mln contract to provide a national authority with its AIS Maritime Domain Management (MDM) system.
FALLERS
TechFinancials (LON:TECH) down 27.93%. The company said it will not meet market expectations for profit and revenue in 2015 after it missed on customer conversion rate expectations.
Kodal Minerals (LON:KOD) down 22.53%. Shares were lower as drilling results showed drilling up the mountain at its Grimelli project “returned wide intersections of iron sulphides with negligible copper or zinc.” More tests and drilling are needed as “it is difficult to distinguish high grade massive sulphide zones from non-economic disseminated pyrhhotite zones.”
Spire Healthcare (LON:SPI) down 12.44%. The private healthcare company cut its revenue guidance for the year, citing weaker demand from the NHS. Shares lowered despite it swinging to a pre-tax profit in the first half.
