Below are the main news driven share price movements at 3.30pm

RISERS

Emerging Market Minerals (LON:EMM) up 38.7%. After the three preceding daily devaluations the People’s Bank of China (PBoC) yuan fixing resulted almost no change. The PBoC said it believed the 3.3% devaluation was far enough after three days of depreciation.

Mosman Oil & Gas (LON:MSMN) up 7.8%. Clariden capital bought more than 2mln shares today and James Walker bought almost 1.5mln shares.

CLS Holdings (LON:CLS) up 4.5%. The investment group reported an increase in assets and pre-tax profit in its first half of the year earlier this week.

FALLERS

North River Resources (LON:NRRP) down 14.4%. The company said this week that if it does not receive shareholder approval for a US$4mln finance package from Greenstone, it is unlikely it will keep going. Shareholders voted down the last attempt at a US$12mln financing in June due to concerns over the size of the stake that would have ended up with major shareholder Greenstone.

Greenko (LON:GKO) down 5.15%. The Indian developer is selling US$254mln of its renewables assets to Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, GIC.

Ophir Energy (LON:OPHR) down 4%. The company swung to a massive US$123.3mln pre-tax loss in the first half of 2015 from a US$589mln pre-tax profit the year before it reported this week.

RISERS

Safeland (LON:SAF) up 15.98%. The property company reported a rise in profit in the last year, despite a slip in revenue, as it profited from the sale of the Chandos Tennis Club.

Zoopla (LON:ZPLA) up 1.9% at 281.40p. Panmure Gordon upgraded Zoopla to ‘Buy’ from ‘Sell’.

FALLERS

Churchill Mining (LON:CHL) down 5.79%. The miner said its ongoing legal dispute with the Republic of Indonesia government has been completed, though a decision isn’t likely for "some months".

Hunting (LON:HTG) down 1.73%. All major oil-related companies are struggling as the oil price remains low.

Barclays (LON:BARC) down 0.8%. Nine banks, including Barclays, settled with US investors, agreeing to a payout which took the overall total paid to the investors to US$2bn (£1.28bn) from nine banks.

RISERS

African Potash (LON:AFPO) up 13.5%. The shares just keep on rising after the company has signed a deal with Comesa, a free trade union of twenty African countries, to provide 500,000 tonnes of fertiliser over three years. Its non-executive directors agreed this week to accept shares in lieu of cash for services rendered thus far this year.

Tekcapital (LON:TEK) up 9.3%. The intellectual property services group acquired the licensing rights to a group of nine patents that make air conditioning up to 25% more efficient.

Atlantic Coal (LON:ATC) up 8.3%. The company opened a new rail loading facility at its Stockton mine in Pennsylvania just two months after construction started.

FALLERS

Stellar Diamonds (LON:STEL) down 34.7%. The company raised US$330,000 from an unsecured convertible loan note from Deutsche Balaton.

Lansdowne Oil & Gas (LON:LOGP) down 24%. The Midleton exploration well, in the Celtic Sea, has found gas but not in large enough volumes be deemed a commercial discovery.

International Ferro (LON:IFL) down 18.5%. The South African steel miner said it was hit by tough operating conditions in the country as well as a slowing steel demand in China. The operating loss in the second half will be similar to the first half, IFL said, sending shares lower.
