BioHarvest Sciences Inc (NASDAQ:BHST, FRA:8MV0) plans to pursue a dual listing of its ordinary shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), with trading expected to begin on September 8, 2026.
The company, which is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, expects the TASE listing to provide investors in Israel with access to its shares. The Israeli-founded company develops plant-based molecules using its Botanical Synthesis technology.
Under its filed registration documents, BioHarvest has requested the registration of 22.67 million outstanding common shares, along with up to 4.52 million shares that could be issued under its equity incentive plan and 610,742 shares issuable upon the exercise of investor warrants.
The equity incentive shares include 2.56 million outstanding options and 269,521 restricted stock units, with another 1.68 million shares available for future grants, subject to applicable vesting and exercise requirements.
The company’s shares are expected to trade on the TASE under the English symbol BHST and the Hebrew symbol בהסט. Any future issuance and listing of additional common shares will require TASE approval.
"BioHarvest is entering an exciting new phase of growth, built on the strength of our Botanical Synthesis platform and the commercial opportunities it is creating,” BioHarvest CEO Zaki Rakib said in a statement.
“As an Israeli-founded company with global ambitions, we believe a dual listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange alongside Nasdaq is a natural step- broadening access to our shares and strengthening our connection with the Israeli investment community."
