ACG Metals Ltd (LSE:ACG, OTC:ACGAF), the London-listed mining company, has adopted a new suite of corporate governance policies following an internal review with external advisers.
The policies apply to directors, officers and employees, as well as third parties acting on the company's behalf.
They set out ACG Metals' zero-tolerance approach to corrupt and unethical practices and encourage staff and suppliers to report concerns to senior management without fear of retaliation.
