OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) announced Wednesday that Zentek has begun trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the symbol ‘ZTEKF,’ following the company’s departure from the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Zentek, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange as ‘ZEN,’ develops and commercializes intellectual property and holds a graphite deposit in Northern Ontario.
The company said the OTCQX listing provides US investors with a quoted market and access to its disclosures.
