374Water Inc (NASDAQ:SCWO, FRA:8LL) announced that it will exhibit its AirSCWO supercritical water oxidation technology at WEFTEC 2026, the Water Environment Federation’s annual technical exhibition and conference, taking place September 28 to 30 in New Orleans.
The company will showcase its Waste Destruction Services platform, which uses supercritical water oxidation to destroy PFAS, biosolids and other organic waste streams.
According to 374Water, the process is designed to reduce waste volumes while producing water, minerals and recoverable heat energy.
AirSCWO is being developed for municipal wastewater and biosolids, federal and defense applications involving PFAS and aqueous film-forming foam, as well as industrial waste generators. The company noted that the technology can process both nonhazardous and hazardous organic wastes.
"WEFTEC is where the water industry comes to see what's next, and this year the conversation is shifting from managing waste to destroying it," 374Water chief operating officer Brad Meyers said in a statement.

374Water previously received the Water Environment Federation’s Innovative Technology Award for its AirSCWO system at WEFTEC 2023. At this year’s event, the company will be located at Booth 2254.
